Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were very nice, with a cathedral ceiling and a balcony, but they lacked cleanliness and were close to the housekeeping room, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the hotel being closed on Friday for a wedding preparation affected my plans. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond, with kind staff and great flexibility, but some personnel were hardly visible. The location was a bit crowded and disorganized, making me feel in everyone's way at times, but fantastic overall. The facilities were good with warm pools and various activities available.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable but could use some major updating. The service from everyone was exceptional, making our short stay very convenient on a busy Valentine's Day weekend. However, the location seemed to be under remodeling, affecting the overall atmosphere. The dining had limited options for breakfast, but the happy hour was a bonus.
The hotel is a mixed bag with clean and cozy rooms but some issues with service and dining. The location is convenient with interesting attractions nearby.
